On 05/30, we ate dinner at another good restaurant (La Taberna del Alarbardero) near the hotel. The wine was a 2002 Summa Varietalis, from the Valdepusa region (near Toledo). It was very fruity, and somewhat similar to a Zinfandel.

On 05/31, we took the train back to Madrid. The Villa Real hotel gave us a very nice bottle of wine, a 2001 Floresta Crianza from Emporda Costa Brava (not a usual wine region). This must be expensive, since it was 500 ml instead of the usual 750 ml.

On 06/01, our driver Tony dropped us off for lunch at La Barraca. We had 1/2 carafe of the house wine. The food was very good.
