Acronis True Image 2017 - Unable to restore image

In 2019, I upgraded two laptops and one desktop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I also bought a new Windows 10 computer with an SSD. I added a second SSD to store both quarterly and monthly backup image files.

In August 2020, the "2004 version update" to Windows 10 arrived. Afterwards, my Google Chrome browser was not working properly. For no obvious reason, I was unable to restore my 08-02-2020 image using Acronis True Image 2017.

The solution was to use the Acronis MVP ATI WINpe Builder tool to create a bootable CD. This allowed me to insert the drivers so Acronis could see my Samsung SSD drives. I also had to add the RAID drivers for my Dell PC.

I had not followed the instructions correctly the first time around. This forum post got me on the right track.
