After our tour of Toledo, we had roast suckling pig at a local restaurant. We shared 2 salads as an appetizer.
We weren't sure how much pig we would get for 19 euros, so we split one order four ways - actually there was enough for 2 people to share. It tastes like the best pork chop you ever had, and the skin is very crisp. As a result, we each ordered dessert.
The wine was a 1999 Vina Ardanza Reserva from Rioja Alta.
