That evening, we opened a bottle of wine that the hotel La Residencia gave us, and drank it on our porch. It was a 2001 Armero i Adrover from Mallorca, and it was very nice.

We had dinner that night at Lur Maitea, which specializes in Basque cuisine. The wine was a 1997 Vina Tondonia Reserva from Rioja.
